Three Thread Fleece
Three thread fleece fabric is specially knit on special circular knitting machines; in these machines three type of knit cams are arranged and fine yarn count are used on front side where as course yarn inside for brushing and un brushing usage.
Single Jersey Striper (Feeder Striper)
Single jersey feeder stripe, normally knits on single jersey circular machines and these types of stripe are produced by inserting dyed yarn on different feeders in the circular machines to get various design results carried according to the stripe size required.
Single Jersey Striper-Lycra
Single jersey Lycra is simple knit fabric including elastic yarn i.e. Lycra which is to be knit by putting Lycra in fabric by special i.e. Lycra feeder and you can have various color stripe going through them.
Single Jersey Fabric
Single jersey fabric is knitted on a single cylinder with single needles and sinkers. Single jersey fabric is also known as plain knitted fabric
Rib
Rib fabric is knitted on double needles i.e. dial and cylinder with needles. Rib circular machines are quite different than single jersey machines; the rib fabric has more elasticity than single jersey. There are 1000 needles in rib machines inside and outside (i.e. Dial and cylinder to knit the Rib fabric

Single Jersey 2PLY
Single jersey two ply (2PLY) is same as single jersey knitting, the difference between single and single jersey two ply is only because of two threads in single yarn carries. The heavy weight fabric is achieved by this type of fabric construction
Single Tuck Pique Striper
Single tuck pique stripe feeder has same procedure as in single jersey stripe, but the texture of the fabric is different and the texture formation by cams is arranged in different style, which makes cross stitch formation and parameters of fabric is different. We have made various polo shirts from single tuck pique striper fabric
Bamboo Yarn
Bamboo yarn is a special yarn made up by bamboo pulp; it is a very soft yarn and has a property of silk or viscose yarn. It needs very special care during knitting, finishing and cutting. We have experience in knitting different construction of bamboo yarn i.e. 90%Bamboo / 7%Cotton / 3% Elastane or 65% Bamboo / 35% Cotton or 50% Bamboo / 50% Cotton.
Model Yarn
Model yarn is a blended yarn which is made up by cotton and modal. The difference of blending is the percentage as applicable i.e. 60% or 40% or 70% or 30%.
Interlock
We fabricate interlock auto stripe fabrics that come in a variety of color patterns. The contrast patterns have elegant stripes that enhance the appeal to the end products. Mini-thermal
Mini-Thermal knit fabric is a double knit fabric with special cam and arrangement with needles drop texture. Mini thermal has a very elastic behavior with diagonal texture in front. Mini thermal is specially developed for outer wear and inner lining fabric. Thermal fabric requires extra care to keep control shrinkage. Heavy and light weight fabric can be easily achieved on different gauges and different counts
Thermal
Thermal fabric also double knit fabric having different structure with different arrangement of cams as well as needles drop texture. Fabric shows deep walls lines on front side including diagonal structure. Thermal fabrics are also produced for inner lining and outer wear garments. It has very soft and flexible properties. Different types of thermal fabric texture are achieved by cams needles arrangements. Various finished GSM and sizes on different counts can be achieved on special requirement
